YOGA EXPERIENCE IN THE SUNNMØRE COAST.
Some people call Sunnmøre "El Dorado" for those who are fond of intense nature experiences,
be it on land or at sea.
This coastline has been the pantry for seafood for thousands
of years and it still is.
With it's rugged peaky islands spotted with old sheltered fishing villages and abandoned settlements and crammed with history from the Vikings, WW2, the Hanseatic trade route makes this area equally astonishing to the fjord landscape, if not more.
We have prepared an itinerary where you will have the chance to get close to one of the countless seabirds at Runde, the seals at Grasøyane, enjoy a dinner in a restaurant
with exceptional and local flavours and history.
Sometimes and if we are lucky shoals of orcas can be paying us a visit and pass by.
The feeling and closeness to this exceptional nature should be on every living souls bucket list.
This experience has been carefully selected so that you can disconnect from start to finish.
Exquisite food on and off Jolly, activities, relaxation and enjoyment above all.
Come and enjoy life and the wonderful nature that surrounds us!
Book your dream today!
The long days of the summer allow us to take the maximum advantage of time.
Let's get ready to start dreaming and prepare for a lifetime experience.
Let's take a look of the route we will be sailing during the 5 days of our trip.

DAY BY DAY
Ålesund - Grasøyane - Skotholmen
Our adventure will start in Ålesund.
It is the time of the year when the seals are around and we will be looking for them at Grasholmen,
which is our first destination.
Sightseeing wildlife and observing their natural habitat is an experience that can help us improve our relationship with the environment and to understand the fragile harmony around it.
We will stay in good distance, but the seals are quite curious and highly intelligent and sometimes they decide to swim up to us and pay us a visit.
After Grasøyane we will set course towards Skotholmen where we will be having an exceptional dinner at KAMI.
One of the best restaurants of the West coast of Norway.
This is what we call a good start!
After a delicious breakfast we will be leaving Skotholmen and set course towards the renown bird mountain of Runde.
This is the most species-rich seabird region in Scandinavia as more than 200 different species have their
nesting grounds here.
Amongst other we can see Puffins, Gannets, Shags, Guillemots, Razorbills, Seagulls, Eagles who are some of the species visiting Runde. We are very sure we will spot some exciting birds here.
After Runde we will sail towards Flåvær where we will prepare our catch of the day together with our friend and cook
Asian Kang Li.
This will be a big culinary experience for all in a former hub along the Hanseatic trade route!
Skotholmen - Runde - Flåvær
Flåvær - Skorpa - Sandsøya
After our delicious breakfast with home made bread we will departure from Flåvær/Torvholmen and sail to Skorpa.
If the conditions are optimal we will anchor up in the strait and take the dinghy to shore and explore the old and abandoned island and make a nice and easy hike to the top of
Keipen that reaches 432 Mt
straight up from the sea.
This Island also have a herd of wild goats on it. Rumours say that they have been living here ever since the
Who knows, maybe the goats are the descendants old Viking farm goats.
An abundance of history in these grounds, both from WW2
the Vikings and the Captain will tell his tales and make this journey interesting for both the young and the old ones.
After a day in Skorpa we head back to Jolly and head for
The grand full day hike around the island where we start and end our day in the harbour.
During the hike there will be a high probability to spot eagles since there is quite a few of them around here.
We will climb up Dollsteinen and enjoy the spectacular view out and towards the feared oceans of Stadt where countless of shipwrecks lies on the bottom of the sea.
Dollsteinhola which is a huge cave in the ocean sea front in the bottom of the vertical cliff down of from Dollsteinen will also be explored this day, if you dare.
A magnificent experience,
especially with a little bit of weather as well.
We need to bring head lamps and clothes that can be dirty for this trip since we will be caving and exploring all day.
Note that caving is not mandatory.
Hiking along this coastline is a experience of its own, and maybe if we're lucky we'll find some time capsules on our way back to the boat.
Good packed lunch will be enjoyed underway.
DAY - 5
OUR LAST PRACTICE DAY
After our breakfast we set our course Back to Ålesund.
We will hoist our sails and head offshore and pass the famous Svinøy Fyr, and we will be
able to see the coastline from the ocean view.
This day will really show you how much Jolly enjoys the big oceans when she softly and smoothly cuts her way through the sea.
We end our journey on arrival to Brosundet in Ålesud...
the magic of the journey has claimed you, and you want to continue your adventure on our way to
