Food can be seen as the expression of what we think. We see food as a tool for enhancing experiences, and we take great care in each of our dishes served aboard and also the places where we eat if we choose to eat outside Jolly.

We will make sure our guests have different and joyful experiences every day. We love spices and all the different flavours the world can offer, and we try to be inspired by seasonal products to create an original and super tasty menu.
Not only that, we are always open to the needs of our guests and that is why we offer vegetarian, vegan, fish and occasionally some tasty meat dishes. Furthermore, we are focused on having a delicious and balanced diet.

Expect flavours from all around the world
Maria is a Colombian an adventurous traveller, passionate about food. She spent 15 years living and enjoying Spain and its marvellous food. During the last 10 years she has dedicated herself to traveling and discovering flavours and recipes that she has gradually incorporated into her personal recipe book that she now shares with her guests, always seeking to generate conversations and curiosities through the food.
Vegan food is her favourite , but her menu never lacks seafood or a good dish where meat is the star and protagonist.
On board Jolly you can expect Arabic, Indian, Spanish, Latin, Chinese or Thai food among others. Norwegian food will be taste also.
Flexibility is key for us, that's why you can feel free to let us know if you have any food allergies or specific diet. We will try to please you!
